You have 72 hours from the time of delivery or pickup to inspect the vehicle and report any discrepancies. Claims filed after this window may not be eligible for a refund, so we recommend a thorough inspection as soon as possible.

Coverage includes undisclosed frame/structural damage, significant mechanical issues not listed, odometer discrepancies, title issues (salvage, rebuilt, stolen), missing features specified in the listing, and non-delivery within the agreed timeframe. Normal wear and cosmetic issues visible in photos are excluded.
